About the Company

Zebra Technical Services Limited (ZTSL) is a fully incorporated Nigerian company will operations in Lagos. It is the Nigerian affiliate of Daranta International Inc. (DII) of Calgary, Canada. It has been set up to provide services in the areas of Regulatory Compliance using the ECMT^TM, Environmental Consultancy Services, Traditional & Carbon Project Management, Personnel Placement and Employment & Immigration Services.

Engr. Charles Abeghe, Sr. is the Managing Director of Zebra Technical Services Limited. Charles has over 20 years’ experience in international Oil & Gas project management with emphasis on sustainable and environmentally friendly developments. He started his working career with the former Petroleum Inspectorate of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and served in many capacities before resigning at the rank of Chief Petroleum Engineer to work overseas. Charles Abeghe worked on Shell Bonga Deep Offshore project where he played a key role in ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. While overseas he worked as project manager with EnCana Corporation, a leading oil & gas producer in Canada for 4 years before going in business. He has a Metallurgical & Materials engineering degree from University of Jos, Nigeria and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of New Orleans, USA. He is a professional engineer (Canada) and registered with the Nigerian Association of Safety Professionals.

Dr. Abraham Faga is Advisor Major Projects for Zebra Technical Services Limited. He has over 16 years experience in well engineering and project management. He was most recently Senior Engineer with Schlumberger Integrated Project Management (IPM) in Algeria. He was a project manager and responsible for pioneering drilling programs with Shell, ConocoPhillips, BHP Billiton, Saudi Aramco and Chevron Texaco as initial participants. Abraham holds a PhD from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in petroleum engineering from University of Benin. He is a chartered engineer (UK) and is registered with APEGGA as a professional engineer.

Bernel Boghean, is a Major Project Advisor for Zebra Technical Services Limited. He has 16 years experience in EPC Project Procurement, Supply Chain Management and complex project management within the Oil & Gas industry. He was formerly the Vice President of Baywood Continental Oilfield Services Ltd Calgary, Canada. In this role he reported to the President of Baywood Continental Ltd and was responsible for directing all aspects of the organization by helping to define a clear vision and plan of action on projects. Bernel has an agricultural degree from University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Godwin Abeghe, is the director responsible for personnel and administrative aspects of the business. Godwin is a seasoned administrator and manager with over 10 years of post graduate experience. He was previously a trainer and educator at Corona Secondary School and Peace International College, both in Makurdi, Nigeria. He holds a Linguistic degree from the University of Jos, Nigeria.
