Strategic Alliances

Zebra Technical Services Limited is working on building a strategic alliance with the Nigerian Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR). The break through for this relationship followed an enthusiastic review of the ECMT following a presentation made to the DPR by the company. The DPR is the foremost regulatory agency for the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. The alliance will seek to build a version of the ECMT that will allow operating companies to view the status of their permits & consents application for major development projects online. The system will ensure a uniform benchmark for monitoring and verifying as well as cut down on approval cycle time and minimize data mining by providing a one-stop shop for everything required to achieve compliance.

Zebra technical Services Limited (ZTSL) has various technical alliances and partnerships to support its business operations in Nigeria. ZTSL is a fully incorporated Nigerian company with an operational office in Abuja, Nigeria. Our foreign partners developed the proprietary Electronic Compliance Management Tool^TM (ECMT) that is becoming the software of choice for regulatory compliance management that encompasses health, safety and environmental permits & consents on major Oil & Gas projects in Nigeria. Under the joint venture agreement, Zebra Technical Services Ltd will market and support the ECMT and other related services to clients in this market.

ZTSL has also executed a general Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO) Limited, a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) - (www.netco.com.ng) NETCO is a world class Oil and Gas Engineering Company established in December 1988 that is wholly owned by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. It specializes in Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement Services, Construction Supervision and Project Management services and has implemented many such projects in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria.

Zebra Technical Services Limited is also affiliated to green home manufacturers for the development of solar housing projects on a turnkey basis at prices comparable locally built houses. These houses come with their own power with main utility power supply as back-up. Our partners can provide funding on selected projects that meet certain terms and conditions.
